Today, 38 freaking years after the killing of 14 people in Londonderry, Northern Ireland, the english primeminister paid respect and said what has happened was wrong.
38 years... wow.
So this is how the governments work, they act fast when it comes to hurting the people, but they take long long time to actually apologize for it when they have done something wrong. In some cases though, nothing is done at all.
