I´m sorry for you Slovak Republic

Well as I start to write this one period still is not yet played. Slovak Republic leads by 3-1.

Always loved their play, the speed, their passes betweens their wings, Amazing play, always so fun to watch.
But..
Going into this tournament (Winter Olympic games in Vancouver 2010) I personally had Russia as the big gold favourite. But...since they (russians) by some odd reason didn´t wanted to play hockey or check, tackle, fight (in a respectfull way) but instead more like "oh, but if we smash the border and stand in the way then maby...."

I have some 12-15 years now admire the SEXY game Slovak has played their icehockey.

eeeh Sexy game?

Ok, I get a short brief to the story here. I´m old I have 40 in shoesize...hey that´s another story, leave that for now..
ok.....sorry
Anyway.
Back in the 1970s but most for me the 1980s since I´m Not that old..hrrrmppfff... The Soviet union played artistic, poetic and fantastic

....and now it´s 3-2 goalscorer Niklas Hagman for the fins.

The Slovak team played with speed, enourmus speed and yes, I called it sexy hockey.

as I was saying, their way of playing icehockey is and has been so affective and done with such speed and grace; their wingmans are unbealivable; Satan, Hossa, Gaborik, Demitra (who later became on center), Palffy,

and now it´s 3-3..

Pavol Demitra, Miroslav Satan, Jozef Stümpel, Ladislav Nagy, Branko Radovojevic, Marian Hossa, Richard Zednik, Zigmund Palffy, Michael Handzus, Lubos Bartecko, Lubomir Visnovsky, Zdeno Chara, Andrej Meszaros, Marian Gaborik. They said that this was their final chance to win something big together. Also, maby the biggest of them all in modern Slovak icehockey; Peter Bondra was General Manager for his team. Take note that of course the three brothers Stastny is the greatest from Slovak that is just how it is.
Especially for Demitra 35 years, Satan 35 years, Stümpel 37years, Palffy 37years this was the last change to do something big and

now...4-3 to Finland...I´ll be damned... now I have to change the title to I´m sorry for you Slovak Republic, I wish it could have sad Congrats Slovak as it was intended to be.

Thank you Slovak for all the wonderful play you have done during the last 15 years with your biggest heroes in sports; Demitra, Satan, Stümpel, Nagy, Radovojevic, Hossa, Zednik, Palffy, Handzus, Bartecko, Visnovsky, Chara, Meszaros, Gaborik and specially Peter Bondra (the Ukrain born speedster and bomber who now was General Manager for the team). Thank you.

Dakujem ti (translated to english Thank you from slovak language)
